Viper Alarm system problem

I have had my alarm installed for over a month and it has worked great. Last weekend I pressed some random buttons on my remote for the hell of it and now it wont chirp when I lock and unlock the doors. Also the LED light stays solid all the time. Anyone have any clue what is going on or how I could fix this?

Also when I use the remote it will still lock and unlock my doors and the lights flash on the front and back once or twice.

your in valet mode. You hit the button to activate it. Go get the manual and turn it off. I think its put the key in "Position" and push the valet button again to turn it off. (the hidden push button prolly on a trim panel or under dash)

I will try that. I had them leave the wireing up in the dash because I didnt want any holes put in the dash. As far as "reading the manual" I did this 5 times while at work and it only covers the basic controls like remote start, aux buttons, basic programing... As far as valet goes that is covered in the book and I will give it a shot. Thanks aftermath.
