arced my cd player

i was installing my kenwood cd player again because i blew a fuse and my ground wire accidentally touched some other wire and arced it. so now i have a problem because my cd player wont play(it still turns on and everything but no sound comes out) also my power seat doesnt work, my door locks and unlocks, and my trunk button dont work either. so im guessing i blew a fuse or 2 somewhere but i cant seem to find them. does anyone know how to help?

check drivers side, pass side, and under the hood. most likely on either the drivers or pass side.
