Theres a Forum about this already, "neons in winter" All depends on how cold it actually gets in the winter.

unless your an idiot and install them wrong (which takes real stupidity to do I might add) then the neons will be fine no matter how cold, unless your using the glass tube neons...then i wouldnt leave them on in any cold weather, but that plexiglass tubes will be fine....and 99% of the industry now is the new types of tubes that are indestructible....

ech, nobodys perfect.... all i know is neons should be fine in the winter, the lexan holds well, i broke one tube but they have to be bet to a defiinite degree, as long as theyre tucked away and you dont drive like crazy through snow, you'll be fine
