What Engine Is Better?????????????
So i was just wondering what engine is the most reliable?? the 2.2L,2.4L, or the 3.4L?????
I love my 3.4

I love my 3.4L also. And I don't know much about engines to give you an educated guess, i just wanted to share my love for my engine also!! LOL

it all really depends on what you want to do with it. if you're looking to beef it up, then the 2.2 is def the way to go...if you're just looking for a little spunk w/out putting in the time and money, then the 3.4 is the better option...but 2.4...eh! they got rid of it for a reason

Well i love my 3.4, the thing has great pick up STOCK.....i just cant imagine what it will be like when i get my CAI and Exhaust.......this car is nasty though....i love it. What other kind of stuff could i do to my car to add HP without spending thousands of $$$$$????? Good quality stuff

i would say the 2.4. the eco is good but they have had some issues with but nothing more than the 2.4
Brad they got rid of the 2.4 because of an old design and they shut the delta plant down.

The 2.2L Ecotec is a pretty good motor. I have 55k on mine and have no issue with the motor at all. Its just the rest of the car that seems to break.
