2nd one.
And by the way (lecture time)....
Just because the bolt pattern is 5x114.3, it doesn't mean that hubcentric rings are necessary. You will ALWAYS have to be a little more careful with that bolt pattern, because it is not quite right.
Now... hubcentric rings are for the center bore, so that the HUB holds the weight of the wheel, instead of the STUDS / LUGS holding the weight. If your centerbore is off, and you don't get the rings, you will at the very least experience some shaking, and at the worst, you will snap a wheel stud off. Call the wheel manufacturer and ask what the centerbore is for that wheel / size. Stock centerbore is 70.3 mm (thanks mfuller). If the distributor you buy the wheels from does not supply them, call some place like discount tire direct, and tell them the sizes. They will be able to help.
In conclusion, get the correct hubcentric rings for the wheels to fit an alero, and then check your lugs a little more often, just to be sure the off-pattern is not causing them to loosen.

It was a hard choice, but I think I'd have to vote for #1. Either would look hot tho, you've got 2 nice styles to choose from.

I like them both, but if I were forced to choose, I'd go with the first set.
