why anyone use the AEM Cold air intake from cavalier 2002 ecotec ? its bolt on and AEM is one of the best

The AEM CAI is not a direct bolt on. It needs to be modified at the mounting brackets and have a little different angle down by the washer tank.

Well too bring up the cosmo racing intake. My friend and I just put one in his Lexus ES300. He said he could notice a little power boost. And this thing made his engine sound just mean! The biggest noticible difference was the sound. It has a much deeper growl now.

I have to be honest, the cosmo fits much better with the Optima in than it did with the autozone battery

red, the positive terminal on the side sits higher and gives more clearance for the adapter bolt for my amp. Before the bolt was almost sitting on top of the intake tube and I had to put something between it and the intake to keep it from touching
