Gasket Thickness: engine build

gonna build my engine looking at parts on turbotechracing looking at the head gasket right now. i want to build an engine to take anything so should i get a 0.30 or 0.80

doesn't matter

what matters is the ARP head studs, proper surface finish, copper spray, and torque.

Yeah i think you need some more research. And gasket thickness has to do with what piston quench you want and what the motor is being built for.
The wrong thickness can actually valve to piston interference or too thick can actually cause less optimal compression and volumetric effiency
