Which of these would you guys recommend. And where should I get it from?

warm air supposedly helps with gas milage, but reduces power (dont know how true either of those statements are), and cold air is the opposite. i have a cai right now, and ive noticed a slight increase in power. i havent really noticed a change in milage, but i dont monitor it that much anyway. i would get whatever is cheapest off ebay. if youre concerned about the low quality filters some of them come with, get a k&n.

any that is designed with your engine, best bet is looking for GA stuff I find the pricing is cheaper.
Also an Injen is a great filter too I perfer them over k&n filters

CAI gives more mileage and power than a WAI. You simply don't have to worry about the WAI sucking up water-which you shouldn't have to worry about anyway unless you drive through a river (which is what the streets of El Paso turn into when it rains, and I haven't had an issue yet).
I believe it comes down to physics. Colder air is more dense than warm air, and the more air you can put through your engine the more power you can receive (granted if you have too much air then you need to up the fuel so you don't burn valves).
Correct me if I am wrong guys? Just how I had come to understand it from you all.

That's right, although to reach that A/F ratio without forced induction would only happen if you have a fuel system problem, and then it would happen with the stock intake too.

I run a spectra filter too, all noise no difference in either power or fuel mileage for me

Filter wise, spend the casah and get a K&N filter. MUCH better filter
CAI or WAI is a question that is as old as Aleromod. It really comes down to what YOU want.
I run a WAI on daily driving but switch to CAI on the track (I also remove fender liner and fog light as well but that's another story)
I don't trust a CAI on everyday driving. You really have to go into a deep puddle to suck water up in it, however road salt in the wintertime is very bad. Plus the filter stays cleaner under the hood IMO.
CAI is good for slightly more power, and slightly is probably to generous of a word. Maybe a .5 HP increase, maybe. Not really enough to feel. but a CAI gives a better low end and WAI gives a better mid-range
