Exclamation burns oil at higher rpms

can anyone help me fix this?...it doesnt do it much unless i crack on it and i can see it smoke a little and it reeks. help please?

is it a 2002? mine used to do that... then the motor blew up. once it starts burning oil, there isn't normally much you can do

My original engine burned a little oil, but never had any effect on the way it ran or anything. Maybe a quart per oil change.

i read up on a article of the valve cover being deffective. the heat steaks in the older eco's would burn up the oil and then send it back through the intake as fumes and burn it up. or seomthing like that. i just posted a thread seeing if an 04 valve cover would work because it said to replace it with a newer model VC
