i know!! we have the same checkout challenges... didn't know if it was the same everywhere, but those were ours too. no one wants stupid gumout.

The alternator will only charge above a certain RPM. If you are reading 10 volts at idle, try increasing the RPMs. If the voltage goes up, AND passes about 13.8, then it is your regulator. (internal on the alternator I believe) If the voltage doesn't go up, easier just to change the alternator. |
