PITA plug wires

Anyone have problems getting the rear bank spark plug wires off? They almost seem they're welded on. Can't get the %%$#$@! off

Wear a long sleeved glove and pull hard, or if your going to replace them then pry them off with a flathead. They're probably half melted on.

mrmike is an unknown quantity at this point
I had to rip the rubber cap off the damn things piece by piece, and then rip the wires out of the remaining metal head that sits on the plug, and finally rip the damn thing off with a pair of pliers, all while practically laying on top of the engine in order to reach down there. I would never try this again, some things are just worth taking to a mechanic. Although you shouldn't go to your regular mechanic because he will think you are a pu55y for asking him to change 3 wires lol.

If you twist the spark plug wire boot slightly while pulling the boot, it usually comes off the plug without much effort.
