Bacteria In A/c Ducts

Seriously making my car stink in the mornings!!! I have talked with my dad who is an ASE Cert. mechanic, but he lives in another city, anyhow, he said there are kits I can buy from NAPA to kill it and get rid of the smell. Has anyone on here done this and is it something that is pretty easy to do??? Even if the dealer would still cover it, I don't want to deal with those morons. Also, if you could tell me where to find the drain that drains it??? Thanks in advance...

they make this stuff called odor neutralizer spray. they use it to cover up the smell of fuel oil and stuff like that. you could use that and maybe even diluted bleach down inside of your vents. just don't get anything on the carpet.
