looking at the owners manual the only fuses with the ACC in the name is the PCM ACC (the pcm) and the IPC/BFC ACC (the cluster and body computer)... so its not acc i dont think

It is not a fuse, I believe that it is a resistor. I had mine fixed under warranty once when my cig lighters went out. It is in the dash somewhere, but I'm not 100% sure where.

If its the fuse it is under your hood, you need to take apart the little fuse box and look for it. It is a fuse, blew it a couple of times by connecting wires i shouldn't have. If you want me to take a picture of it let me kow, and I can do that and show you. Enjoy and good luck!
forgot to mention, I think it is titled ACC, should be a smaller fuse, not sure of the size of the fuse, but know its there. Good luck!

look in the car's manual. page 8-56? maybe.
it has a listing of all the fuses and what they actually connect too, instead of the abbreviations....

its no where in the manual-ive looked that thing over.. ive read every page of that thing at least twice
its not on the underneath of the lid of any of the 3 fuse boxes.. looked over and over and over again... what do you want me to do i have a question and im trying to troubleshoot so i came to the "common questions and troubleshooting" forum to look for some help.
im not gonna replace every damn fuse in the car so my cig lighter will work... not when someone knows which one it is and can just tell me.
and telling me its "like number 14 or 30" doesnt help.. puts me right back where i started.

Its FREAKING #34 .. its a 20 amp fuse!
I don't normally get pissed either. But when like 10 million other people tell ya its under the hood.. its under there.. LOL

Ok, here is what you need to find under the hood:

Now, unscrew that box and remove it, you can look for fuse #34 on the bottom of the box or just look for this one circled, but first you need a 20 amp fuse, they are the yellow colored one, mine is backward and not 02, but indeed is a 20. Find this one, remove it and put in a new one and you are good to go. goodluck! ask questions if you are confused still...
