June 17..... everyone start arriving by 3 pm at the hotel. With some evening activities (dinner and socializing) there is an an event going on at the Olds museum that includes auction, games, food, and garage sale. admission is $3.00.
Please check in with me when you arrive for your packet.
June 18 .....Olds homecoming show. After the Homecoming show go back to the hotel, there will be a cookout, put on by a fellow Alero Chapter member. AC members will get a food ticket. Non AC members will be asked for a $2.00 donation per person. If any AC member would like to donate they are more than welcome too. After Cookout there will awards and door prizes.
June 19......Finish up and go home in the afternoon.
ok we will be stayin in a holiday inn in lansing.......... here is the address and phone number.
Holiday Inn
7501 W Saginaw Hwy
Lansing, MI 48917
(517) 627-3211
there will be a block of rooms for us. Just Mention Alero Chapter.
there will be some judging going on and after the homecoming show we return back to the hotel the following awards will be handed out.
1st and 2nd Stock
1st and 2nd Mild
1st and 2nd Wild (sponsored by Alerostyle.com)
Road Warrior (aka long distance award)
everyone who registered will be judged and could win a trophy.
for the road warrior award i need everyone to keep track of their mileage and let me know how far you have driven.
When you registered this will include preregistering for the Olds homecoming show.
So by registering for ASS and selecting the link for going and showing car you will then be registered for the Homecoming show.
I made all in one for less confusion for everyone going.
*****here is our policy on cancelation*****
if you registered and paid. there is no refund but your t-shirt will be mailed to you.
Now if you have registered and not paid then it will be cancelled and you receive no shirt and not be able for the judging for trophies. Even if you show up at ASS.

for some reason, my phone card lets me get through to the front desk, but once they put me through to reservations, AT&T's pre-recorded operator cuts off the line "This call can not be completed" yadda yadda yadda. I told the guy my name and that I was staying with the Alero Chapter on June 17 and 18, but I don't know if that was good enough.

i do believe all rooms are booked, so it's now down to either finding someone to room with or going outside of the block
