everything is set straight so call and book the room and also register for ASS also.
like the other club members said call during the day.
i am going to disneyworld in 12 hours so i will be gone for 4 days so if anyone has issues at all let turkey or redog know and they can get in touch with me.
ken and jon i will have my phone and it will be on. don't be afraid to call if something comes up.

I just got the hotel a few minutes ago...they told me I was unable to add to the alero block because the block doesn't reserve location, just price. So she told me that if there is somebody that I'd like to be near when we checked in to let them know at the front desk, otherwise they'd just stick us where they had room.

thats right it's not a location thing. being you have the room already booked then maybe you can't add to the block.

i thought it was basically those room were all blcoked off together that we would all be in 1 hallway, but apparently i'm wrong...whatever. so whoever is going to be the first one there, should request all our rooms be together...that would be more fun

Hm,
I'm confused about all of this - am I supposed to call a hotel and register or do I go to a website and do the show and hotel registration together or are they completely separate or what's going on? Sorry about my retardedness... travel agent usually handles all this crap.

yes you need to call the hotel yourself, and book the room.
and then register for A S S thru the registration link....<that registration takes care of the show, and prizes, and shirts, and food, and yadda yadda

Ok, just called and made the hotel reservation, got the confirmation number, so good to go on that end.
Also registered for ASS - Oldsman you should have my payment and registration info from cbdavis@collind.com on PayPal.
The only rooms they had left were with two double beds - so, SilverBullet256 are you planning on shacking up with us or is the extra bed still open?
