At least my new camera fone takes pix that are halfway desent.

So some of u know that this beast is my daily driver. Thats why I put the bumps in here, not the Alero. Alero stero setup will stay stock.
-Im runnin a Clarion Pro Audio headunit. DXZ745MP. mp3 WMA and all that jazz.
-JL audio 300/2 amp
-2 JL audio W0-10'z in a sealed slanted box.
-4 stock 5X7'z <------ (this will be upgraded soon)
-Yea, I know it's not much but Im happy with it, and Im a audio noob when it comes to external amp's and subz. This was my first install.

The acoustics of this car are freakin great! The 10'z hit like 2 twelves, and the bass is so tight and clean. So far everyone has been stunned whn i tell em it's just 2 10'z. When it's pumpin hard my headlights and all that do dim when it's drawin, so I'll be getting a cap soon as well.
When ur outside of the car it's great cause u dont here much at all. A LITTLE rattle in the back and a LITTLE bass. And thats exactly what I wanted....a system for me and the people IN the car, not in the car next to me, lol.

I got all the wires hidden nicley, minus right behind the box where I mounted the amp. I left a little slack so poop could be moved around, but when u pop the hatch u dont see any of it.

Here's some pix of it all.

..feel free to throw out suggestions, pointers, props, or disses. Enjoy!

Thanx dood. It's the 3.0L 12 valve vulcan. Slow as a muh. lol. The only other engine offered in the gen 4 taurus is the 3.0L Duratec. With that u get dual overhead cams and 24 valves. No 3.8L on the gen 4's. I have the 3.8L in my gen 2, and thats the lemon motor with that whole head gasket prollem.

^^^ yes they are ford motorsport SVT Thunderbird rims. Same as cobra ones, only they have the bolt pattern for the thunderbird and taurus.

really?? That would deff. fit alot better. Tweeter gave me 14 or 16 gauge poop. I had to strip it, fold it over, and twist just to try and make it fit better into the terminals on the box. Still pops out if u look at it wrong.
