Cd Changer Mouting

Well I've been having some issues finding a good place to mount my changer. The first place I mounted it was only b/c I was in a hurry, so I slapped it down on the spare tire cover..bad idea, everytime the bass hits, the cd skips.
So where are some other prime spots. I'd like to put it up front,but I already have my dvd player mounted under the glove box.
Little help here.

personally, (this may take longer then you have time for) but i've thought about removing the inside layer of the armrest between the two seats and redoing it, to fit a cd-changer in it. to the changer is facing up. if its possible, i haven't yet tried or had the money to. but i think i'd be a sweet spot to have one.

Most Cd Changers mount in the trunk suspened below the speakers.

I mounted mine right on top of my sub box. And it doesn't skip at all.

I put a mousepad between the box and the changer, and that absorbs a great deal of vibrations.
