Left turn signal bulb not working.

Ok, it kinda is. When I want it to blink it does, but any other time its off. It loks stupid at night, because only the right one is on. I just put in Sylvania Silverstar bulbs and i'm thinking that messed it up. But why would it blink, but not be constantly on? Any help would be appreciated.

you need to replace it...that'll fix it, i had that happen once

Even if the blinking is working? Damn. Anyone know the part number/ price?
