Do the targa... much safer structurally ... you van brace it easier than trying to do a convertible ... just my opinion though

Does that car even have a sunroof? I know the roof bars are different when there's no sunroof. I think Targa would be nice when you have the sunroof, easier to do. You still would have to deal with the door frame though.

no I dont have a sunroof. and if I do a targa top then it will run from the windshield to right past where the door ends.

You could also try doing a double moonroof how the Flex has one.

honestly i have a 99 cavalier z24 right next to my car with the same motor lol, Just conning my mom into letting me yank her engine out and putting it in my car isn't gonna happen, even though we're gonna pull it out anyways to go through it and change timing set and water pump... oh well i will find another engine soon enough

i love my car, too bad the ex-fiancé is still on the title  lets just hope she never got a spare key made cause once its running she'll want it so she doesn't have to keep her hunk of shit 04 Excuse i mean Escape  i have had 3 different engines but i keep selling them for stupid reasons, this time i'll find one and actually put it in my car and not let a former boss hold on to it and sell it like he did the other 2
