I almost did it only for the reason couldn't find alero fenders or lights in the yard. Found it so went with alero almost did ga front had to get fenders bumper and lights would of cost like $30 more to do the ga front.

It is more work than it is worth. You would have to get the raditator core support so the correct mounts for the ga are in the right spot. The headlight wiring harness is different as well so that also would have to be changed

^^incorrect, the core support upper frame rails, lower frame rails, strut towers, everything is the same, even the wiring harness is the same
even the fender liners are the same, the re bar, hood hinges, primary latch, secondary latch, only difference is obvious, the headlight mount panle, headlights, hood, bumper,
so buy the entire front clip

Is it the same 4dr ga to coupe alero for liners? Took a passenger one from the yard and won't fit correctly. Cut it alittle and still needs to be trimmed more. Fender is an aftermarket non oem I got in a yard.

I could see doing a front end swap if the parts were cheap enough. If you could get a front clip for less the 5 hundo, that's a helluva lot cheaper than going and buying a GA. They also make a TON more aftermarket parts for the GA, hoods, projector headlights etc.
And damn it would be unique, you'd have people asking what the deal is with the ass end on your Grand Am. I might start buying the parts piece by piece as I see them. Header panel, fenders, hood, headlights, bumper. Really not that hard, all bolt on.

Yes, more than likely they will, but not out of admiration.

Make it something to admire. That's one of the reasons this site is here.

Because I got the car at a steal, yet I'm morally opposed in rolling around in a car that looks like every other rental car Alero with a 70 year old at the wheel. Thanks for asking.

Wow it's the same damn thing as putting a body kit on! Leave the dude alone! Ga does have more options for headlights how many do we have again? More hoods what we have stock or the ss type from extream. Body kits more for the front. Will it look weird with the stock ga front!! Hell yes!!!! Look at ga stock bumper see the ribbings? Won't flow on a hoe! Get the side moldings will flow with the front but now the rear looks fugly. I was going to do it cause it was my only option but lucky lucked out and a yard got some aleros in. If doing it by choice do not use the oem bumper get a body kit bumper.
