Aight well when i turn the wheel both ways it has this metal scraping sound and its gettin louder n louder over time.I believe its the tie rods or my shocks are goin I dunno someone help me out.

power steering fluid ok? perhaps bad pump, low pressure, or maybe the CV's

Could also be your power steering pump bearings. Does it make the noise while moving or sitting still?

nah just when i turn the steering wheel.Someone told me it might be the shock mounts, my car is gettin high up there in mileage so i guess it is time to buy new shocks/springs.
