People talk down about Sony. I'm a loyal fan. Nice setup, man, I'm looking to get a new HU going soon too.

well i had my old sony for four years, running subs the whole time, and it did me well, no problems. Only reason i got the new one is because of the mp3 feature.

Looks nice, how about putting a Blue LED into that small cubby? It should match the blue of the HU nicely.

I agree. The blue led would compliment it nicely. Don't worry about it being a sony. We all have our own preferances on brands and options. The important thing is that you are happy. I realy like the dual front panel. Nice.

i actually dont like knobby knobs cause theyre too sensitive to the touch. I just use the remote. I fear thats why i'll never be able to buy a stick cause my hand is occupied by the remote the whole time.

i say ive seen people have awsome luck with sony hus and ive also seen em have problems out the wazoo, i guess it matters how you treat it. i had a Sony L600X cda model and it was sweet, the only reason i dont have it now is cuz i left it in my old saturn coupe i traded in on the alero ;p. and yes i do have an alpine
