Underdrive pulley

I've read several threads on the forums about udp and it leaves me with one question. Will the udp's for a 2.3l w41 fit on the 2.4l ld9? They are made by GM so I figure it has to be a better deal than buying one from different company. There is a junkyard near my city that has one and I am considering buying it but don't want to waste the money if it won't work. If anyone knows I would appreciate the information.
