Exhaust Question

I already sent this off to a couple of people but heres my predicment

I am workin on a serious budget. Could i use the 96-98 Walker Dual Exhaust setup off of the Grand am GT and have at least some better performance and a better exhaust note over stock

ok i am going to jump in here and say that a buddy of mine works at an exhaust shop and told me that i could use a camaro muffler to run duals but i am not exactly sure how well it will work.... because i want to get the rice can off my car and get something that isn't so loud my radio is cranked and i still hear my exhaust... so i am kinda wondering the same thing but with a twist

ok im just gonna repeat what i sent ya c2

But i wanna make it look like it was stock on the car. but i wanna see if the Walker Performance Dual setup which goes from 1 pipe and splits off into two mufflers would give it any performance bump and change the exhaust note
