I want to get a new sub for my car...i already have a 15 inch rockford fosgate, but the trunk space is bad and driving back and forth to college i need as much as i can get. I was just wondering what other people with aleros have and how it sounds...i have a 780 watt rockford fosgate amp...nice one and a compacitor for the sub...i only want one sub, or two 10 inch subs...but I am pretty much open for anything at this point as long as i have trunk space.

 ...but do what you want...its just my opinon....

buy my old subs, audiobahn 10's, 400 watts rms, 800 max. it comes with a box, ported with a plexiglass cover. will include the amp (jensen, 720 watts) if needbe. i never had a problem with the space when i was in college. i had enough room for books, skates, backpack, random junk, girlfriend's random junk, and some groceries

I actually use a Power Acoustik 12" in a small sealed box. It gets just as loud as the more expensive ones, and it handles my 1200 watt amp nicely. Being in the trunk, the clarity isn't as important as it would be in a hatchback where it's one open space.
