Help with exhaust buy

Ok i got the money and i think im going to go through with it.

I dont wanna ruin this guys rep or anything but for 385 do you think this is a good deal? Also if i were to do it myself, what kind of problems would i potentially run into? He says ill only need a few exhaust clamps because its already fabricated. I talked to my mechanic and he said he doesn't really deal with taking off the manifold and stuff so it got be kind of worried about that.
Any advice would be sweet.

it is not hard at all if you know what you are doing. When I come home from college in august i will help you install the exhaust. I am surprised that the mechanic does not want to do it.
