yea if your on stock rotors or OEM replacements (stock replacements at autozone or anywhere, Use only OEM type pads. Meaning go back with semi-metallic pads. If you use cermanic is too hard of a compound for stock rotors.
But if you have aftermarket drilled/slotted rotors, its best to use cermanic. The pad is alot harder so the slots in the rotor will not chew up the edges of the pads as they would for semi-metallic or wear as quick.
