Store service, contact, delivery, problems, props: Tied with the Tire Rack for best online merchant IMHO.
Initial product impressions, quality: Well put together kit, packaged nicely, but needs another $3 in Home Depot parts to work flawlessly.
Instructions, good, bad, none, etc: Great. Very easy to use.
Installation notes, easy, hard, PITA: Easy. Requires slight modification to get a good seal around the master cylinder reservior.
If not self installed, cost of installation:N/A
Performance, appearance opinions: Well-built and easy to use. As you can see in the picture below, I added a 1.5" pipe flange (and a slightly longer piece of chain)on top of the master cylinder pressure cap so as to get a good reliable seal when pressurizing the power bleeder tank to 15psi. After pressurizing the tank, open up a bleeder screw and watch the old fluid get purged out. No fess, no mess. Be aware that brake fluid is extremely corrosive, so watch out for metal and painted surfaces.
