How to remove driver side manual mirror...

Does anybody know how to get the manual driver side mirror control out of the plastic socket piece that sits in the door?

I reall don't want to break that...

Yes, its the little plastic peice that sits in the door, it's not a power mirror.

I have replacement mirrors and need to swap them out, the little ball lever thats used to adjust the mirror, thats what needs to come out.

ho,sorry,so theres that plastic piece you have to pop out with a screwdriver and then,youll see inside it,theres a lil retainer clip you have to pop out too,its pretty easy,just pay attention on how its made before getting this out!

Chaching, got it, there's three little black basr that lock the assembly in place, pop those three bars out, then the rest slides right out of the mold.

The GAgt mirrors looks pretty sweet!!

Mine broke when I went to get it out years ago... annoying. Sometimes it'll pop out of place every once in a while.
