Guage overlay wiring

Ok so I'm ready to ground it and power it. The thread I was reading says to run power to the dimmer switch. When I take the left vent/dimmer/fog light out I see a wire harness going to the dimmer... So where exactly do I tap into the power?

Gotcha. Thanks. Feel kinda stupid for asking this but what about grounding? All I see is a bunch of plastic molding everywhere.

Thanks seems to be fine. I did end up using gray power on cluster harness as well. Couldn't even see the cubby harness due to everything from stereo and alarm install- which I didn't do. Info on gray being power helped alot. Appreciate the help guys!
