I would locate the factory amp. See if it has RCA inputs on it. If so run your own RCAs right off the HU. You have 3 sets of RCAs out, so use them.

Or skip the factory amp. They suck, have high distortion, low output and even less headroom and suck at slew rate. In general, they just suck. Just wire direct from radio to the speakers.

lastly add a new amp.

I looked at the factory amp and cold not see any RCA inputs on it whatsoever. Just one wiring harness that connected straight into it.

I would skip the factory amp because the output on the speakers is really shitty, however I don't want a headache when I have to return the car to stock when I plan to sell it.

Any easy way of going about? I'd gladly have my speakers powered by my HU anyway, since it has a higher watt output.

I would simply run new speaker wires to the speakers.
