High idle / a bit rough

My engine started idling higher and higher and now it idles at 1k when warm (1200 when halfway warm)... the idle was a bit rough so I cleaned my maf sensor and recharged my cone filter... it's a little smoother now but the RPM is still high.

Checked the brake vacuum hose and no leaks there. No error codes or engine lights.

Should I try de-carbonizing (seafoam)? Anything else I need to check?

Check all the vacuum lines it definitely sounds like a vacuum leak.

Clean the IAC assembly.

I know this is probably something you checked, but is the cable on the throttle body too tight? It's the little screw-in plastic piece that tightens up the cable to the pedal, right next to the cruise control cable.
