Hey guys, have a buddy that can do P&P for cheap for me, and just wondering if any other fellow ecotech people have P&P their head, and what sorta results have they found? Is there actually any room to port and polish anymore, or is it pretty bored out to begin with anyways? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

There's always plenty of room for improvement over a stock cast cylinder head. If you have no other mods you might not notice a huge difference though, intake/exhaust manifolds and more aggressive cams are needed to see the full potential of a ported head

Yeah intake and exhaust are a must.

With a TB and P&P you're looking at about 20 more HP, but only with an intake and exhaust first.

I don't have the heads or cam done so I'm not sure of any more improvement there.

All P&P and boring do it allow more air in your motor, The more mods you have the more it will help
