Opinions on Saturn SL2

Looking at a 1997 Saturn SL2,1.9l DOHC, body is in decent shape, runs well but has weak reverse and occasionally skips 2nd (P0732 - Gear 2 Incorrect ratio)
its throwing these 4 codes: only one of which really worries me.
P0302-Cylinder #2 Misfire (plugs, wires, coil...hopefully nothing big)
P0732-Gear 2 Incorrect ratio
P0141- down stream o2,not worried about it
P0133- up stream o2, not worried about it

EDIT: P0302, P0141, P0133 all FIXED! (cyl 2 plug wire loose. I love buying cars from girls LOL)
hoping p0732 is just low line pressure or simple fix.
going to check trans fuses for p0732 fix in a few mins.

its mine for $200 (has 214k) but runs perfect

DTC P0732 Incorrect 2nd Gear Ratio

This is usually an indicator that the TORQUE CONVERTOR is NOT locking up when commanded by the PCM. First thing to check is the ELECTRICAL connector at the buss plate (on top of the transaxle) and then the FUSES to make sure they all have good connections. A weak alternator also often manifests itself first with poor transaxle shifting in lower gears.

...
Old Saturns never die, people KILL them, so check your damn oil!

For $200 you can always scrap it and make almost all of your money back. I'd do it in a heartbeat!
