Teach me turbo stuff for the 3400.

i know the 3400 is the biggest available engine in the alero's but i also no it the crappy engine for modding. i've been doing my research and would much apreciate some help learning about turbos, as far as i know i can put a turbo on my car w/o internal modding if i keep the Psi below 10 lbs. and i know that im going to have to custom make my own turbo piping. any more help would be greatly apreciated, im saving money for this now.

get in the GB for the turbo manifolds.... that would be your first step... and the 3400 is a great engine, just take care of it

It's not about pressure! It's about power output. There's no "psi" limit besides that of the gaskets.

Google... or look at the 2.4L section in Aleromod Upgrades for a reference on the typical parts used and how they work with one another.

yeah, you could run 7PSI with a BIGASSTURBO and make HUGE power

or run 40000000PSi with a micro turbo, and make little power
