Remote Car starter for Impala

I am looking for a remote car starter for my Impala. I want to keep all the stock functions of my original factory remote like unlocking the doors and trunk release. It isnt important if I have panic button especially if the one I get a starter with a alarm. Self installation isnt a must but it would be a real plus.

Thinking about this one http://www.caraudio-caralarms.com/561r.html I got a good recomendation from someone I know as BBEngineer he runs a couple Impala websites. I would also have to team it up with this http://www.caraudio-caralarms.com/555L.html.

You know Vtolds...

I recently had Circuit City remove my alarm to place on my new car and this bypass module I have still. (90% sure)

I would sell half price...let me know.
