It took me 2 hours in total to cover the whole box, I only used a little over 2 yards of Carpeting I have little over 12 feet left I went through about 1 1/2 cans of adhesive, and boy is it sticky stuff.
My fault. I didn't realize the box was so skinny. How much airspace is each box? You carpeted it different from how I would have done it also. I would have started on one end and wrapped it around long ways with the seams meeting at the top and bottom. And tried my best not to get the seems on an edge. Nice job regardless. And it doesn't look like you have any way for the sound to get into the cabin. Your blocking it off with the box.
If it sounds bad when I get the subs installed I suppose I can turn it around and point the subs towards the inside of the car. I actaully have no idea how much Airspace in each box, but I had Jenson XS Subs in them before and they sounded good.
Ohh no man, you got to know how much airspace is in each box, they require a certain amount to preform properly. Yea, it might sound good with the XS subs, but 1. are you using the same sub (different subs have different requirements) and 2. Unless you had tuned it to a specific size, it will likely sound even better than good in a properly sized box.
