Alerostyle Fiberglass Cowl Hood Buy 2007
Alerostyle Fiberglass Cowl Hood 2007
Ok guys and gals. This thread is meant to be a probe to see if we can make another run at the cowl hood from 2 years ago for all those new people who weren't around back then.
Once I get a gauge on the interest. I will visit my manufacturer and ask him if he is interested in doing this and if he has the time. During the summer is not the best time to be doing this but, we'll see.
Pricing will be set the same as the GA hoods on pfyc.com at $700 plus shipping.
I do have to charge 5% sales tax, sorry guys. Not playing with the WISCONSIN DEPT OF REVENUE again.
This buy will only be done in fiberglass. Please don't PM me asking about carbonfiber.
If one of the moderators or administrators would please sticky this for me I would appreciate it very much.

I would highly recommend not replying with a positive if you have a tiny bit of hesitation at $700, don't waste his time.

I can almost read his mind on this one. After the first round buy, I guarantee he will only do it on a pre-pay basis. He is not going to take another financial beating like he did on the first round. Be prepared to put the cash up front and wait a few months. That aint opinion, but pure fact.

I can't say for sure just at the moment. I would LOVE to get one of the hoods, but right now money isn't exactly flowing in like I want lol. But maybe if there was a time frame to go by, I could know about how long I have to save up. But I'll wait around for some more info from crazy about when and if this will happen....

good job...as crazytaxi has stated..this is a feeler to see how much interest this will bring, AND he needs to talk to the manufacturer for a time frame...so with this in mind as a heads up, you can start budgeting now...definatly good news though
