So I decided to stay away from the bullitt wheels this time but now that I know how stuff fits I am thinking about these wheels. They are light and fairly inexpensive rims.............

Just give me your opinions.

Thanx, Kyle

meh yay - nay.

i like them but not too much. its style is there but on an alero it might not flow very well. nice catch though man, have a nice weight to it thats for sure.

Nice choice but I'd look for something that came in 18s. The N-Body's rather large flare at all 4 corners dwarves any rims under 18" especially since there is a lip on these particular rims.

they look a little too honda-ish. not ricey, just not really appropriate for the alero. i think the spokes need to be a little wider. other than that a black on polished rim on a silver coupe would look good.

yea, spokes are too thin, but if i remember right, kyle races more than anything, and thicker spokes usually = more weight.

as for lightweight racing wheels, i'd stick with 17's, and these arent TOO bad. have you looked into Flik wheels? mostly vw/audi guys run them(they also make 5x114.3), but they are really decent for the price (pretty damn cheap) and the 17's are pretty light depending on the style.

if you werent racing, i'd say go with 18" hyper 5ZR's

some other options.....
89$ a wheel, 17.5 lbs

105$ a wheel (sold out from this site, not sure of the weight)

119$ a wheel 19.5lbs (a little heavy for 17's

and here's the 5zigens i mentioned. but like i said, they weigh in heavy at 24.6 lbs

kwhauck--I think the rims you put on here look pretty damn good and I usually dislike black rims so I'm saying alot but if you're looking for race weight/price I have no clue which you should get

I like the first one formula posted, but if you're going for black the ones you picked originally look the best (IMO)

oi, not really a huge fan of the double spoke - doesn't work well. Out of all the ones posted I think the original ones would work the best.

i like the ones kyle picked, but with the spoke and the way the lip is set up, visually they're going to look like 15's. i think once they are mounted he'll be very disappointed.

as for the Flik's i posted, they looked pretty good on b-spots car, i think i'll photoshop his car silver, and maybe powdercoat the rims gun metal or black, if i have time today.

but for the price and weight, the flik is a great value, i'm just not sure if you're going to be able to run the specific offset you want, it's going to be hard since there are no true aftermarket rims for our cars (5x114.3 is typically for accords, and a few other imports)

but at 89 bucks per wheel from edgeracing.com, thats cheaper than tires. you cant beat that.

here you go, just a quickie. if anyone else with a different color would like to see it let me know, now that i have the overlay, i can make it any color easily.

IMO, if you really want wheels just for racing and the Alero isn't a DD, go with 15's. 265/45/15 would be good for the fronts, and whatever light-as-possible for the back.

But for the look, I like all of them except the fat-5-spoke wheels from edge that formula posted.

it is a daily drive hence the 17s and not smaller, 17s are a good compromise, i will actually probably run 14s at the track....

i like the originals that were posted they would look good on a silver car, black wheels look good on almost any color. I think someone on here had a set like that in 18s on a blue aas kitted alero, cant remember the name though. imo the first ones are best.
