I’ve never herd of sunny tires, so I don’t really have an opinion of them, Personally I would go with Falken, or BF Goodrich. But that’s just me.

cheap out on the rest of the car, not the tires. I know budgets are tight, but if you get a really good reliable tire, and don't do stupid shit, they will last longer.
