Clunking?

ok so im not 100% sure on what the issue is here.
there is a clunking sound in the rear end on both sides of the car (passenger and driver, passenger side sounds worse)

i assumed/thought it was the struts, but when i hit a bump it doesnt feel like the car bounces a lot or anything, even when there is more weight in the back it still rides like the struts are fine.

my second thought would be maybe the strut mounts? im thinking that the passenger side is worse because in the winter on icy/slippery parking lots i have a tendency to grab that E-brake and slide around a lil

but more the fact of the matter...

Struts or strut mounts??

Pretty sure it's strut mounts.

both. just because your struts are blown out doesn't always mean its gonna bounce. my back end was clunking so i replaced the mounts not even thinking about the struts. 3 months later it was clunking again... because my struts are blown out. now my mounts are shot again. so this week its getting new struts all around.
