location and how to idler pulleys

If I am correct there are two for the v6? I never did mine but I hear its very easy to do? anyone know what tools you need? i searched and found people stay stick the delco? mise well change serp belt out to while at it. looks like its a matter of losening one bolt poping out idler and poping in new one tighten bolt? miss anything?

Word dog, easy easy easy. Bolt out, bolt in. Might have to disconnect the p-side motor mount if the belt goes around it. I don't remember.

If you don't want to replace the whole pulley, you can pop the bearing out and replace it.

The bearing is a Timken # 203FF

That's for most metal pulleys only, I've never seen any plastic ones that were serviceable.

looks like there is 2 in that pic is that right? any reason to not buy aftermarket sometimes aftermarket parts suck or is this something aftermarket is ok? is dayco brand any good
