If the thing isnt fully stripped I had the same problem. What I did was hook up the plug to the engine block over night so it warmed up. Then the next day i sprayed the crap out of it with WD-40 took the socket, wrench, and a pipe and tapped it around until it started to move. If it is stripped then your best bet would be to get it piloted again from a mechanic or use a nut tap (like surreal suggested) but make sure your block is heated.

Dude's lucky he didn't snap it off in the head... then it gets costly/ time consuming.
I'm pretty sure drilling it out on the rear is not a viable thing without pulling the head oi.

ive had to get my head helicoiled from stripping it with a spark plug that i thought had anti-seize on it, wasnt a fun day
