search button, there are a few done up 3400's on here. even a few boosted ones with custom turbo set up's and a few ones with the rare supercharger kit that was out. For exhaust start out with a custom bent cat back with a flowmaster muffler (someone will suggest a series). Wish I could help you out more but I'm an ecotec guy... Oh and Welcome to the site.

the search button is your friend. Also, if you are looking to add some power to your 3400 check out 60degreev6. there are some pretty serious build tips on thier forums as well.

don't forget a tune, you're going to need a tune once you start modding your engine.

You can replace those heavy chrome wheels with something lighter and less blingy.

^x2 that takes a lot of power away to turn them things.
i've heard the flowmaster 40 series are best for exhaust on 3.4. and lots of 3.4 guys seem to go with a dhp tuned pcm. get a ebay cai, and replace the filer with a quality k&n or aem. i find it surprising that you supposedly can't find performance stuff, there is tons for a 3.4.
