Ok so I did my front brakes and rotors last week myself , I am going to try and do my back brakes on Sunday but was told that back calipers have some weird nut or something that you need a spacial tool to get them off , is this true with our cars or are they the same as doing the front ones?? :wtf:

the only difference is the e-brake, theres a pad that slips inside the rotor, if you go look at it you can tell that the diameter on the rear part where it sits on the hub is bigger than the fronts......just make sure its in good condition and you get it centered when you go to slide the rotor on.........

yeah, the parking brake doesn't use the regular pads. they have their own pads on the inside of the hub of the rear rotor. it is definitely a noticable difference in size.

I have an 02 and it took a grand total of 10 minutes to do both rear wheels. VERY easy to do and no special tool required!
