It was really hot and humid yesterday so my times were crap:
15.936 @ 84.25 MPH (tranny missed a gear at the 1/8) r/t .313
15.867 @ 85.74 MPH r/t .097
15.908 @ 83.34 MPH r/t .122 (Won 1st round, let off gas at the end)
16.011 @ 85.20 MPH r/t .165 (Lost 2nd round, left fan switch on and tranny hunted for 3rd gear { D'ohh})

The race I won to put into round 2
The TA dialed at 17.70 and I dailed at 15.85
When I got down to him I let off the gas so I wouldn't break out
I'm glad I beat him too, he was revving his motor and acting all big and bad before we lined up

nice pics man...one thing i'm wondering about...did u really have to wear a helmet? here when i raced, only the classes over the street class had to wear a helmet and such..

The track here in wyo a helmet is required for any car. Other places only make you wear one if you run faster then a certain time.

yeah, i actually was really suprised. When I was younger i used to want one of those cuz I thought they'd be fast  this was also before i knew much about cars at all.
