ok so i can make up all kinds of excuses but "it is still what it is"
i drove 581 mile at 4 in the morning got there at 1:00 drove around the town looking for the track finally found it and waited for the gates to open.
ran the first run and hit rev limiter same with second. lowered tire pressure and ran this. but then i started hitting the speedlimiter. and there were a few other problems but like staed before it is what it was.
OH YEA THE GUYS IN TOPEKA< KS say they will never look at an ALERO the same again

Hey, those problems you're having with the limiters and such, you should get the DHP unit. They just brought one out for the 3400 (had them for the 3800 for years). It lets you control, rev limiters, shift points, speed govenors, etc.

Other than the SC what other kind of work do you have done?
Are your heads worked over? UD pulley? Headers? Cam regrind? LSD?
I think you could definitely get low 13's with some better 60 foots.

All i have done is the liquid to air intercooler from springs, headers, MAF Translator plus that is pretty much it some small minor things. i just really need a computer tune that would make a world of difference i think h34r:

Very, very impressive!
The intercooler definitely makes a big differance.
You get some nice heads and a good cam and a tune and youd be pushing out of the 13's.
How many pounds of boost you running?

i have the cam specs already just need to send the cam in. my buddy ran it on his grand am and it did wonders. we will have to see what happenes. i was running about 8-9 lbs. speaking with springs we think we are turn the s/c to fast and capitating the s/c so i will go back to the 2.2 pulley and start over again till i get the combo right. i can't wait till next year it will be good

If that is the same Hp tuners that have a program similar to LS1 edit it should be awesome.
Alot of the ls1 guys rave about them.
Edit: well from searching it is definitely the same one. I didnt realize they were coming out with a program for the LA1. Think I may have found a new toy for christmas!
