Do you have access to a 2x4 and a drill? take a 2' length of 2x4 and drill a hole in the middle of it at one end, make sure it's big enough to slide over the ratchet handle.

A spare brick with the holes drilled in it maybe? a steel rake you could wedge onto the ratchet handle? Anything??? C'mon man! Get creative!

Hell, a pair of pliers big enough to close around the ratchet handle. Squeeze tight and torque on that bad boy

OK...wait....do this... Go into your trunk. Pull out the jack. Open/Close the jack to a point where you can somehow wedge the ratchet handle through the jack and tighten the jack down so it doesn't slip too much. It might only net you 3 or 4 inches of extra leverage, but it'll be something big and bulky to hang onto.
