Just wanted to say thanks to all those who answered the questions I had during the head gasket R&R, also ended up replacing T/C, water pump, All rubber hoses, water outlet, and all the other gaskets, seals, and o rings. Runs like when it was new, smooth and quiet, should be good for many thousands of miles more. Just did brakes, put on Wagner thermo quiet pads, ( had Duralast on before), and just finished replacing the struts with Monroe Quick Struts. Pricey, but i couldn't have sourced all the parts separately any cheaper. Also because I bought them b4 10/31, It comes with a $125 rebate. Again many thanks. Next spring, on to the body work!
