blower motor not working any ideas?

ok so ive searched this site thru and thru and so far no help. my blower motor blew a few weeks ago. ive replaced the resistor, the motor, the relays, the fuses and the control switch. its a no go. the blower motor wont kick on at any setting.. at first it thought maybe i bought a bad resistor. does the fan setting overide resistor? if so, shouldnt the blower motor kick on when i set it to the fan? ive replaced EVERYTHING!!! all my plugs are secured tight. now b4 i decide to play with the wiring, is their somthing im missing?

I would turn the fan on and then put a meter on the motor plug to see if it receiving the ground and a postive, or both to start with then work your way back.

Yuppp, sounds like it's time to bust out the multimeter and test wiring.
